Yes, just type /bank before you talk to the lady, a dialog will come up saying "Bank: Common"

If you wanna switch back to the Character's bank, type /bank again and a dialog will come up saying "Bank: Character"

Also, I edited Burning Rangers Forever some more, its a playable quest, but there is one glitch that I've yet to fix. (Haven't tested said glitch-fix yet either.)

Blue Odoshi Violet Nimaidou and Mother Garb+ now are fully functioning.
